Just to make sure, you do realize the items have to be in the shared bank, not in the inventory of the mules, right? Anything the mules take out of the bank is no longer "in the bank" (since it's in the mule's personal inventory) and therefore cannot be used.Arizona_Willie wrote: »I have several mules that I use for holding materials for various things. I put items in my bank for another character to research.. then next day or something i start deconstructing stuff on another character and decon them all without thinking...

My blacksmith has to have the items in his Inventory and so does my Alchemist and Enchanter.
If we < could > use items in the bank, as it says, it would make life a heck of a lot easier.
Never had that problem.
