Stop Weapon Auto-Sheathing

If there any way ESO can implement an option to turn off weapon auto sheathing? I don't know if this affects any other classes hugely but as a Nightblade it's really annoying considering I have to wait for a second delay, waiting for my character to unsheath his weapon, in order to activate Dark Cloak. Another pet peeve extends to using Concealed Weapon/Surprised Attack but that makes sense to actually have a weapon out though.
Options:
1) Make Sheath/Unsheathe button separate instead of cycling it so I can spam unsheathe or;
2) Turn off Auto Sheathing via toggle or just all together (Talking to NPCs/Opening Doors) .
This is more of QoL request more then anything. It's just simply annoying waiting on a second delay to activate Cloak.

Was writing this during PvP so I believe I mistaken the unsheathe/sheathe for when I was talking to quest NPCs and opening fort doors.

Well, weapons don't automatically sheathe themselves if they're unsheathed. If that's happening to you, that means you have an addon (there are a couple) that offers that function. On the topic of not having to unsheathe to use skills like Cloak, I agree. If it's not specifically a combat skill, it shouldn't require you to have your weapons out.
