I was told I am suspended due to "unauthorized party" log in my account, so I reply an e-mail which contains my user information to restore my account. I am sure there is no harmful software in my pc, so VPN must be the reason.

It is not a big problem for me. However, some friends were suspended too for no reason. Those friends are all PVP player and spend most game time in Cyrodill, I wonder how ZOS judge they are gold farmers, cheating players etc. Therefore, the only reason is that they are using same VPN as gold farmers and cheating players are using, so ZOS judge they are gold farmers and cheating players because of same IP address.

ZOS, every time you ban a player, indeed, you ban all friends of this player, too. Thus,please check more carefully before you ban anyone and re-check the players you banned, there are players who are wronged.

By the way, ZOS do not reply my e-mail in 24 hours, so my account is still suspended, please reply me ASAP!

    You and your friends run a vpn and hack / cheat. And you all got caught.

    I believe there are players who experience the same condition, maybe our discussion can make ZoS think about their checking system again.

    I only need offer some user information to get my account back, and I did offer them. In fact, I am talking about other players who are suspended for no reason. If you do not suffer from this, please shut up.

    Yes, I got this e-mail. I am complain for friends who are suspended for no reason.

    They do not ban via IP, if they did then they would have dealt with bots long ago. Also a friend of mine was banned but his wife could still play and they have the same IP. So, there is more than likely something else going on here. Unless they have only just started with IP bans.

    However, you should NEVER get an email from them stating to unban you they need you to email them your username/password etc. Those are 99 times out of 100 account stealing emails. NEVER click any link in the emails and enter your information either, always go through your own browser to the site and then enter it and verify with CS there that they sent the email. This all sounds too fishy to me, it could be that I am not understanding you correctly, but it seems off.

    What does it say when you try to log in?

    What was the email address the email came from?

    This could really be something fine and legit, but the first paragraph screams account harvesting to me.

    Their ban software is automated blanket trash like the rest of the autocheck systems they use.

    Contact customer service, be a part of that circus for a week and then end up with your account restored after being treated as if it was all your fault.

    Did it sound like this happened to me before? It did. It isn't pleasant. It is like their fps issues and memory leak in game that screw up your game experience then for a week their CS ask for your comp specs (because that is ever so helpful) and eventually something happens, its fixed and you are left feeling like they added a broken nose to your black eye :)

    And my account is definitely banned because it says my account is suspended when I try to log in.

    As you said, they may not ban player by ip adress, but their ban system must have some problem, one of my friends successfully restore his account in fact, while more of my friends are still banned.

    Okay, that makes me feel much better. (not what happened to your friends, but that you didn't get shafted by some thief)

    I cannot really say more on the topic, I don't know why all your friends got a ban at the same time. They are all going to have to get a hold of CS with their own info and get it looked at,
