One possible way:
Nord in AD, you can be a Nord in EP. Since armor looks are linked to race, you guys will have the same look of armor.

I'm not surprised, in the end armors and weapons styles are race based " motifs" and not alliance based.

For reference, an image I found of some vamp wearing Pact's Armor:
EDIT: the character in this pic is a Nord, and the armor looks identical on my Imperial and on my Argonian characters.
Sooo, how is this armour gotten? Drops?
So true.I'm not surprised, in the end armors and weapons styles are race based " motifs" and not alliance based.
Exactly! And if they did add some armor that was unique for each faction, you can bet your butt cheeks that there would be tons of people who thought the armor from one of the other factions was better than the armor from their own faction and would troll these forums about it.
Also, I am somewhat certain that this "Alliance armour" is something that came at a late point in the game, I am fairly certain that originally, the Akaviri armour was going to be craftable, and was going to be Fighters Guild armour? (Many Fighters Guild NPCs still wear armour that looks a lot like Akaviri armour).
