Unable to revive with soul gems

Was playing in the Rift VR5 last night solo, and in several cases I died and was unable to revive there with a grand soul gem. Has anyone else experienced this?
had the indicator that I had a gem, but hitting E didn't do anything

You don't say what the problem was, did you get the option to use one and it didn't work, or weren't you given the option?

You did have gems for the correct level? The Rift is one of the zones where you transition from 39 and below to 40 and over, had you leveled and not realised that may be the problem?

Hmm, okay then I'm sorry I can't help, I've not seen that myself and I've certainly not read a report that sounded like before.

naw not really an issue that needs help with. Didn't lose gems, didn't lose gold beyond my own dieing that cost a repair. I was curious though if this was a large issue, or maybe a regression bug, perhaps I just need to run a repair when i get home

Can you report this bug by using the command /bug in game, please ?

Also, as you said, don't hesitate to try a repair from your launcher and check if any update was not installed correctly.
