Burning doing 2600+ ?

Im VR 11, have decent gear, am not a Vamp, and getting smoked by a DK vamp casting buring for over 2600 a shot.
I took screen shots, but no idea what url is used to post them, im not pc savvy.
Is this normal>?
Player casting it is named:
Per*****, a VR 12 in the AD Alliance
I mean , he is dropping several Pact then just disappears. If this is legit, so be it, I wont be playing the game much longer, the imbalance is just nuts it seems

There's no imbalance there, that's an exploit which allows you stack Fire Damage, although I don't know how to do it myself. There are screenshots however in this forum of a Templar doing exactly the same.EU | PC | AD0 -

RoCoL✭✭✭If I get 'spanked' for trying to expose or at least clarify a skill that is being abused, exploited -I would post the screen shots if were able- then ZOS has some messed up priorities. The abusers should be banned, in a sane world.

Im not showing a 'how to exploit' , im asking a legit question concerning the damage, which apparently is not legit. The name should only serve to quickly remedy the situation by banning the exploit, if that is what it is.

Syntse✭✭✭✭✭Think you can upload pics freely to imgur or other service and then link to the thread. Kinda workaround not naming and shaming as you are not doing it on the forum. You just linked couple of pics that happen to have some certain situation and some player names visible.

You're getting hang up on words for no reason. If you find an exploiter you report them, you don't put their name on the forum, these are the rules. I'm warning you for your own sake, take it or leave it.
Like I said the issue is not new. Here, the thread that was created a while ago with another player doing the same thing and that thread has a screenshot which you couldn't provide.

cool, as it looks like it is not normal, and sure I will contact Zeni. I posted here simply asking if this were normal. I have no add ons, never have, so I really have no idea how much damage I do or anything for that matter. This just seemed excessive to me so this was my first reaction.
