Now can they really not know that they're posting this 12+ hours AFTER the patch/hotfix hit NA servers and all these comments are about the fact that it DIDN'T fix the issue?

Are things really that messed up over there? WTH is going on?

Hi there, @LrdRahvin. We are currently (at this exact moment) deploying a hotfix, which is separate from the patch deployed earlier today. We hope this clears up any confusion.
