Suggestions I thought would help

So I have been playing the game from beta on and I love it! But when playing I thought a few things just don't seem to fit.

1. Why do vampires and werewolves continue be able to use fighter guild abilities? Here is my thought upon completing the questline to become a vampire or werewolf you should then lose the ability to use fighter guild abilities. I don't see how allowing them to keep them makes any sense since they are the very thing being hunted by the guild. I know people throw a fit saying well there is a questline we completely miss if we become one. I understand that but a new questline can be written in the game for the those that become vampires/werewolves. I feel this is fair for those who choose that they do not want to be a vampire/werewolf and have a fair chance against those you do choose either of those paths. As vampires and werewolves get more abilities there should be some taken from them that keeps the balance for those who chose to stay "mortal".

2. The other thing I have noticed the Templar's Nova ability. The changes have been great but don't really compare cost wise in with the other classes that have abilities that are similar i.e. an AOE ultimate, DK's Standard is 200 ultimate, NB's Consuming Darkness and morphs 200 ultimate. Sorcerer's (though not an ability that reduces dmg reduction from enemies still is an AOE ability) 200 ultimate, even the Mage's guild ultimate which is AOE as well is 200 ultimate. So I would like to see the Templar's get a fairness brought to them that puts their AOE ultimate in line with this. Also continuing on upon Templar's ultimate instead of having a morph that gives them 33% increase on targets in front of them I think it would be good to see a morphs that would increase the dmg of the entire ability as you gain more ultimate (i.e. like the NB's Death Stroke ability) I understand giving this too much of a percentage can make this ability too OP. But giving it subtle increases as more ultimate is gained would improve the ability more than it is now imo.
