Weapon swaping glitch

Lately (pre and post todays patch) ive been getting this glitch where usually after zoning in or out of an area. My bar will switch back to my primary bar, but my weapon will stay as the bar 2 weapon.

Its quite frequent, has anyone else had this happen?

Yerp.. I like making healing beams come out of my 2h axe.. Its fun..

When it happens to me, i can use the skills. My second weapon is a bow, main is dual wield. When i go back to the first bar, i cant use my DW abilities, and i cant even to a heavy atk.

Yes. I have submitted a /bug report but nothing yet.
