Minor patch in todays maintenance

Oo theres a minor 500mb patch in today's maintenance. Anyone has the link to the notes? Or is it not out yet.

Are you sure it's 500mb not 1gb? You know, patches always come in 2 parts, first half and second harlf. EU server has been under maintenance for 2 hours and my launcher is now downloading anything now. And I didn't expect that patch could be so large.

The download just completed. I didn't notice the size of the whole patch but I saw a 70+mb file is being downloaded at around 30%. I don't think the patch is 500mb because it would take me a lot more time.
