cannot login...unknown error...

was able to play almost to level 7 with no problems..then today ive been trying to play..first few tries i could not login..then rebooted and disabled firewall..was able to login for about 20 minutes and now its back to unknown error...so the firewall was not the problem...i am in Glenumbra...plz fix this..im on first 30 days and really enjoy this game but cant resub to a game i cannot play..thanks...

from what i've seen so far the unknown error is mostly (not always mind you) caused by addons or problems with the internet connection (packet loss).
can easily be reproduced by simply unplugging your ethernet cable while playing the game.
If you dont use a cable to connect to your router that could be the cause.
Wlan connections are suboptimal when it comes to gaming since they can be very susceptible to outside influences.

this can also be caused by wandering into a broken shard, apparently Glenumbra and Stormhaven tend to have a couple of these

ok will try that next time..thanks a lot for getting back to me..ended up being able to play for several hours last night..so hoping that error does not come back..if it does i will try out what you have said..cheers..
