First off thank you for the production of this broken but wonderful game. It is a matter of urgency that this FPS bug is fixed in this weeks maintenance it is absolutley game breaking.
My subscription is now cancelled with 8 days left to play and im sad to say I will not be back until this issue is fixed.
Im finding it very hard to believe how a multi million pound company cant fly some experts in from any part of the world and have this fixed in a jiffy.
There needs to be alot more transparancy within your company to your customers rather than just having us hanging on by a thread hoping that you will fix it, maybe tomorrow maybe the next day and so on. Regular daily updates need to be given on these forrums to give players a bit of reassurance that you are actually getting somewere and your silence tells me your not.
There is so much potential in this game but players are dropping like flies, the pvp community is getting smaller and smaller by the hours that pass if there is a major problem let customers know, you will be more respected for your honesty.
Thanks for your efforts but quite frankly its not good enough. Bethesda have set the bar so high with the elder scrolls series and its been shattered by Zenimax in my honest opinion. Just hope you guys have nothing to do with the next single player.
