Alliance Race Selections

I pre-ordered the game so this isn't really a problem for me, but I have friends who did not, and since they are PvP loyal to only one Alliance making Alts is a bit of a problem for them.

So I think you should make it so that when a player completes the main storyline and unlocks the Veteran Versions of the other Alliances they should unlock the new Alliance's races for character creation.

There are still explorer codes out there that third party retailers are selling, if they were so worried about it they could find it. The backlash of trivializing the explorer pack would be tremendous. They said from the start that they have no plans of having it available again and hopefully they do not go against their own words.

This. Also, my friend just bought the game in a store and he got Explorer's pack by basic even now. Now, this does not help your current friends but it might help future ones or others. Just keep an eye on, sometimes it happens that they have both normal and Explorer pack edition at the same place, maybe even for the same price, stacked up next to each other.

However I would approve of being able to change your alliance.

You can buy an Explorer Pack code at a website called g2a.com.

Well , im not against people having this , it does not affect my game that more people have this like me.

Still , i would consider more resonable to have it sold in the shop like an upgrade to the account , many games do this these days , at some point after the release , they sell the pre order bonus in form of a DLC.

Yes, let them buy it as a dlc, let them buy it from the cash shop, get sent a code, which they then enter via the accounts page at Elderscrollsonline.com, and voila they can choose any race for any alliance.
