Addons always disabled on statup

Hi,
Since the most recent patch every time I login my addons are always disabled and I have to accept the licence agreement for using addons each time. Does anyone know if this is a known issue or if I just need to rebuild a specific file or something along those lines?

I've got UAC disabled but set the launcher to always run as admin but this made no difference.
I'm currently running on Windows 7 64bit0 -
Brabok✭✭✭hmm, only thing i could think of then is to make sure that the usersettings.txt file in the folder Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live_EU is not set to read only so that changes will be written there..
on second thought that should probably apply to the whole folder...

NosmosisSoul ShrivenThat looks as though it's done the trick. Not sure why some of the files in there were read only but looks like it's resolved now.
