This skill is ridiculously overpowred. What this skill does is essentially giving you no risk from committing yourself into the enemy, or enemies even. 9 times out of 10 you can just walk away from enemies who struggle enough to catch/stun you, and you have like 10% or less chance to actually die when you make a mistake.
Risk is very important concept in pvp. We do not have much risk for dying in pvp already as we neither drop our gears nor losing xp upon death. Actual existing penalty for death is that you have to walk back to where you died(if it were needed). Sorcerers don't even have to take that tiny risk - they are riskless.
So again, if I'm missing something, for instance devs already said they will nerf Bolt Escape and I missed it, please let me know. If this skill is working as intended and no plan to change it at all, then I'll start grinding a Sorcerer today.
