Im trying to do this dungeon but as im V1 i cant use the group tool. I cant even find the quest giver for this dungeon..What do i have to do??
I didnt know that i out leveled it and found out the hard way..Does that mean i cant do it at all?? Where should i find the quest giver?? Im really confused LOL..

Go to could harbor and spam LFG for Vault of Madness (normal) and with some time you will assemble the group. It did work for me.
