Knocking Mobs Into The Walls(glitched)

Once they get stuck in the wall you cant attack them & they cant attack you. They end up resetting and ifs its a boss it takes a wile for them to re-spawn. Think this bug has been around for a long time and still aint been fixed, not 100% sure on that though.
