Right of Theft bugged - following quests unattainable

I have a lvl 30 templar attempting that quest and I'm stuck on the same step every time I attempt it. General Malgoth’s remains/coffin is not targetable, but there is a quest icon on it, and the quest says to find the remains. Several other people came by when I was there, none of whom could use the coffin either, confirmed in /say and /whisper.

Thanks. Standing on top of the grave as you said and slowly rotating the reticle worked. Sou1defiler✭✭I wouldn't call it a bug. But I would call it exceptionally poor programming. If it is indeed ZOS' intention to train us all to have absolute pinpoint accuracy that would put a brain surgeon to shame then they are doing a damn fine job.
