Repeating request of access code every time I play the game

It is really annoying that every time I play the game I have to send a code received by email. They say that it is because my IP is different. I have been checking and: my ip is the same, I am connecting wired (no wifi), my ip is static. I always play in the same computer.
I was in contact with the official support was nobody was able to solve the problem.
Do you have the same problem? Do you have any solution?

    Try to launch the game as admin.

    The games wrote somewhere that you computer is authorized, maybe the issue is that it lacks the permission to write the info.

    (ZOS should really remove the IP thing in their message, the computer auth is NOT related to your IP)

    I'm having the same issue as well. Every time I start up my computer, I get the request each time for the authorization code.

    I checked the UserSettings.lua file and IsTrustedMachine *IS* enabled.
    I'll give a try to the running as Admin suggestion when the server comes back up.

    I have this same problem. Running as admin doesnt seem to help as i still had to get a code.
    this is annoying -_-
