How to get Renown Attire Achievement?

How do I get the Renown Attire achievement? I know I have to have on a full set of Renown gear; but what constitutes Renown gear.

Purple, all slots including accessories.

It very hard get this achievement before VR11 also since purple rings and amulets lower than VR11 are very very rare. I never seen one.

I have also noticed the purp rings a bit slim to find. I have one for my V3 that is V2 or V3 (not sure), but that is the only one I have seen so far.

Reknown is just blues. Doesn't matter what level item. I put on some blues that were way below me to get a full set while I was leveling for the achieve

Interesting, because i have all blue accessories, have had on full blues on other slots, and better, but still not gotten the achievement. Hence why I had stated purples. Will have to look into this. Maybe bugged?

Renown is purple. Artifact or whatever is blue, I have that achievement, but no purple one because no purple rings so far.
