Were Wolf Questions? Weaknessess

So do WW weakness effect them in human form? PVP wise, the 9% damage bonus from the enemy fighters guild players? Fighters Guild abilities? 50% poison damage. Are you safe from these effects in human form?

Im a DW / Bow NB. In melee I am very strong in sneak attack fights and 1v1 . In keep seiges i will pull out my bow and snipe. I am toying with the idea of using WW with my bow just for some fun and surprising people that get on me. BUT i dont want to do it if WW gives me disadvantages in human form like taking 9% more damage in my 1v1 melee fights.

If anyone knows for sure please let me know
Thanks

50% extra poison damage is both human and wolf form 100% of the time.

9% from fighter's guild...and fighter's guild skill effects...a recent post with the silver bolts thing leads me to believe those only work against you in wolf form, but they are trying to correct that. Not sure about FG, that is just what I have heard/read.

Thank you for posting your insights.

I was kind of wondering about Fighter's Guild for the same reason.

I think the only way we could test to confirm for certain would be to set up something across alliances.

I wish this game had dueling simply for far more manageable and reproducible PvP skill testing...

Yah i was thinking that to, having to set somethingis is a pain, you could get a friend to make an enemy charcter and you could both guest on a different campaign.....

I did end up going to WW. I really didnt notice a diffeerence in taking anymore damage an any of my fights. Silver bolts didnt do anything to me in human form like they said in their recent thread. It didnt feel like i was taking anymore damage but that could be just because it was only 9%.

The few times i got to use WW in skrimishes was very fun and i know i scared the sh-- out of a few people lol. fear + pounce + heavy attack knockdown then slash frenzy is pretty cool, I just wish i could use it more often, it takes for ever to build that much ultimate in PVP

Yeah I know what you mean.
I might make an Alt in Ebonheart to test this with my girlfriend a bit, but that will take me a week or two likely. If I get through with it, I will come back and post my results.

I don't notice the 9% extra damage either, but really I think it is only noticeable on skills already doing 1000+ damage.
Even then, it's only a 90 point increase.

And I agree, WW is great fun to catch people off guard with. That Roar combo has cool benefit to its use.

The Devs have stated that no matter if you are in wolf or human form the effects will still apply.

You are always a WW, in and out of Human Form. You have all the drawbacks out with no benefit. This is one of the complaints about WW. All those FG abilities work on you when you are not wolf.

That was not true until the patch that broke silver bolts. At least about the FG skills. They weresupposed to, but were not working. Poison on the other hand...human for or not, those VR10 poison spitting spiders can kill me faster than anything if I am not on my game.

Yes, but that apparently wasn't so until the patch that broke silver bolts.
