I can't do anything. My abilities don't trigger. My FPS starts at 48 like it used to then goes to 2.
I like this game. I subbed for six months because I like this game. I think it's only fair that until you remedy the issues that I get a credit for this block of time as all indications are that I have to wait until the next patch to get the game playable.

✭✭✭Are you using your main character or an Alt? or does it not matter? See I have a theory. Back in Beta there was a bug where you couldn't scroll into your first characters face. But you could with any subsequent character. I have playing on an Alt since 3 days after launch and have had 0 issues. So wondering if its not the character slot that is bugged. Could be wrong but couldn't hurt to check. -

camages2ub17_ESOSoul ShrivenI would like to know if a scam is going on or WHAT? Have not been able to get into my account without going for security code each time. Now I am being told to change my EMAIL associated with the account? And give information in this email that I am not willing to give... like anyone reading the support mail would have access to my account. Is anyone else having this trouble?

Definately don't give any information out. There have been some phishing scams going around. I would suggest contacting CS on that one.

If you are saying that the first character slot is bugged and causing issues in game that seems insane.

Prior to the last content patch, I had no issues at all. The game was running perfectly. Whatever they did in that patch has caused my ESO client to have a massive memory leak that eats up all my PC's resources and causes the game to not render properly or drop to between 2 and 3 Frames Per Second.
I am not the only one having this issue and have seen people quit due to it. When the game becomes unplayable, the game developer should issue a credit for where I am paying a sub fee. Or I will have to go through the Better Business Bureau and start a ridiculous uphill slog to get one month of my 6 month commitment back...........

I would like to say here, I had not tried my other characters assuming the issue was universal.. so i loaded up my DK who was in the mornhold Bank and fired off a few abilitys..
Cast inhale a few times.. no effects.
tried firey breath once... nothing...
at least the spear renders sometimes when not actually in combat on my templar....
so ya.. definitely not restricted to one of my characters.I play every class in every situation. I love them all. -
