Bad Load Error - continues. Help

While playing not soon before or after loading a zone. Just while playing whether I'm in a world or whether I'm in a cave or dungeon the game gives me an bad load error every so often. I am able to ignore and keep playing but the game gets bad and I'm unable to complete quests.
I'll relog and that seems to fix the issues for quests and interacting with NPCs or loot for quests.
After I relog and play the error comes back
This began after last Tuesday huge patch. Any direction on how to resolve this is greatly appreciated.
