Lots and lots of Sanctuary!
For the past week or so, my character has permanently had 20-30 Sanctuary active effects. I first thought it was related to the Sanctuary armor set that I was wearing. But I have since changed this armor, and I still have loads of Sanctuary buffs.

Hey Same Here! I am willing to believe that it has negated my rapid regeneration skill. I am have been talking with customer service - I believe the two are related. I have to figure all the computations are preventing rapid regeneration from registering. Who knows. I did start a feed just a coupe hours ago about this - no response.

I'm having issues with my Rapid Regeneration as well, and also Ward Ally - where casting of these skills has a strange 1-2 second delay after pressing the button. But by the sounds of it, not a lot of people are suffering from the same the problem.
