Silver Bolts: With one exception as noted below, we fixed an issue so this ability no longer has a 100% proc chance after Skilled Tracker is purchased.
Note: This ability works properly against all vampires and werewolves in human form. However, if you are specifically in werewolf form, this ability will still proc at 100%.

Because actively using werewolf was already such an attractive option in pvp

    yep, I mean - thematically it makes sense, but if they want to do that then why not have silver bolts proc chance increase by a % per rank of vampirism - spiking to 100% on a 4th rank vampire who's actively using swarm

    Agreed. It's so broken and underpowered. No CC breaks, no abilities. I pity WW people.

    honestly if they want to add a thematic RP feel to the sub races they really need to do an overhaul all at once. Give were wolves a scarier - rip you to shreds - feel - give them an execute that gives half the hp boost and duration increase of devouring, give them the ability to sprint power attack and grant it sneak attack bonus with a knock back and knock down instead of a stun (remove leap to compensate) - make their howl summon npc wolves- morph to summon more ww's or heal and just outright boost their damage.

    Vampires, when the crime system is released - have them be shunned in most towns - make them suffer a damage penalty during the day outside (not too huge though, maybe 3% per rank) give them mind control abilities - (seduce/enthrall) make them cause players attacking them do reduced damage to the vampire/ have a % chance to cause damage dealt to the vampire to reflect to an ally of the attacker, make the drain a constant medium damage/medium heal dot effect - remove mist form and replace it with a vampire lord form that boosts movespeed and increases the effectiveness of all vampire active abilities - make batswarm do significantly less damage and healing - move it to a non ultimate status - make templar light abilities complete ignore the undeath passive - fire to! remove the undeath passive all together during daytime while outside.

    You mean super weak during DAYTIME?
