Graphics Bug?

K the picture above is an example of what the graphics look like for me in Glenumbra but as soon as I progressed to Stormhaven everything was back to normal with the addition of the new interior window lighting.
Looks good too.
So this has got to be a graphic bug that needs fixing and not how the Devs intended
