Unable to PvP due to severe Hitching/Lag 2-4 FPS

SPECVSTV30_ESO
Hello all!

I normally don't complain much in games but i really enjoy the pvp in this game and even since this last patch i am unable to get over 5 FPS. I never had this problem ever and now the game is unplayable for me. I have a good computer with Intel Quad core and a 780TI superclocked graphic card and 8 gigs of ram. I have updated my drivers and even went back a few and no luck. Anyone have any suggestions i would really appreciate it. Thank you

I see people posting about this all the time, and it boggles my mind that Zeni has the PVP area set-up for this to happen. :(

The only video lag I've experienced occurred when having other windows programs running in the background. Make sure nothing else is running. It might help you like it helped me. Sadly, I see people commenting on this enough though that I think it's a Zeni problem, most likely.

It most definitely is a Zeni problem. I have changed my hardware not a whit.

The only software packages to have changed are my antivirus definitions and ESO. Everything else that's in the background has not changed.

    And my FPS drops.

Not like I really care right now... folks from all three factions have taken to using the enemy wayshrine exploit in Cyrodiil, so there's been tons of folks just teleporting into the designated 'safe' zones and causing a ruckus on both my home and guest campaigns rather than fight over keeps and scrolls.

And GMs could be easily camping out at the shrines and banning folks who aren't supposed to be there ... but they're not.
