Cannot continue to the next part of the quest. NPC name: Disciple Sildras. Location: Tribunal Temple in the city of Ebonheart. I tried logging off then back in but that made no difference. Spoke to two separate players and one is having the same problem as me and the other said he was able to complete the quest.

Blade_07✭✭✭✭Wow....the amount of bugs introduced with this last patch is just flat out appalling. What a disgrace this is to the name of Elder Scrolls! They need to make this game F2P cuz paying $15 month is just a flat out rip off! That or they need to take it off line and fix the damn thing right! I would at least have some respect for them if they did one or the other.
