Literaly nothing new came out. Same lazy dungeon design wich require you do run thru same dungeon with mobs which you also saw hundred of times.

Still stupid quest reward which is not even VR12 (it is VR10).
Yet again stupid miniboss blue jewelry drops.

At first i was like oh, finaly they add some decent blue jewelry drop when i saw a ring with 11 weapon damage enchant. But then i took a closer look and noticed there are Health trait instead of stamina... I saw some1 claimed they got Spell damage jewelry with Magicka trait but i didnt happen to saw one. Only useless junk like shield bash damage buff...

Named epics are not only yet again useless junk, but also have some even more wierd stats then before like Infused traits on weapons with enchants which are not affected by infused trait...

Loot system were not reworked regardless of thousands and thousands complains.
No 100% chance to drop random set piece from last boss like in Trials.

Me or neither of my guildys have any set pieces drop what so ever. Nobody did compared to other topics here and on reddit.

This is all just yet again one big failure

LMAO, there aren't "thousands and thousands" of players able to PLAY this exclusive you content you're whining about.

Some folks are never happy even when given something 99% of the rest can't play.

    First time starting MMO eh?

This is normal. Big patch = fixes needed. The important part is how the company handles it.

Pretty damn good compared to most others.

Im not playing MMO for the first time. My first MMo was Ultima Online if it says anything to you.

This patch was advertised as a second major contend update. And this update is pure failure because there is literaly no new content what so ever expect those useless named Epic drops junk which can only be used for research or decon. I dont even look at all those fixes below.

Normal for Zenimax it seems. However, a competent team would have it properly tested, pass Quality Assurance test and document all the changes in very specific detail. Patches are supposed to fix bugs, not introduce them.

While I agree that ZO has some major things to fix like the multi core threading, the patch was not useless or small at all.

We can now control our pets - while still not 100% sufficient we can now at least let them attack and stand back.
The lightning made a jump forward, the gaming world looks less dark and more realistic now.
The sound seems to be wider and more authentic as well, the world feels a bit more alive while wandering through the woods.
We can now pick up more stuff, helmets, swords, shields ...
They also changed some UI settings, so that you notice better what happens as example by earning XP.
The game in general loads faster now upon first log in, in the past it took a minute or two to actually load stuff so that books didn't had text in them as example. When I played earlier, this was not the case anymore.

The FPS around water is higher now as well, in general the game seems to run a bit smoother - but the FPS issue´s based on the poor multi threading are still there in towns and pvp and I do hope a fix is coming there soon.

While I couldn't care less about that new dungeon and the stuff added for VR 12 players - I still think the patch was ok, after all its been about 4 weeks since the last and in 4 more weeks we already get another content patch.

Agree. VR10 dungeons have tons of various set, and the only one vr12 dungeon doesn't have at least 1 set to farm, making it pretty useless.
And about mechanics, there is no mechanics, only a fake difficulty with tons of adds and healers.
Played once, achieved at 1st try, will never play it again.

No, Patches like 1.2 and 1.3 are required to have content/new things, since that is what we bought. Added content to create a living Tamriel.

Every big patch in ALL MMOs in the first months. Or year in WoWs case, brings bugs. Which gets fixed.

A bit more patience and a lot of you would feel better from less stress :-p

And WHY are no one complaining about the working additions the patch gave?
Its normal not to print out every single fix/add btw.

2 things should have been in the notes, cause they are so good.
    1. Added performance from the server side. I get BETTER FPS (not cyro), then before patch.
    2. Improved phasing.

Reality check though. Every big patch. Even 1.3, will need a hot fix or two.
Same with 1.4. But the bugs will be less.

What will happen is the game gets more stable. The problems some people had about random DC or not being able to log in, is gone, correct?

Problems for most to do quests or a lot of things that where problems in May and early june, are gone. We dont even remember them.

This is how MMOs works. The more patches/additions and hotfixes that gets added, the less the bugs will be. This takes time.

They are fixing quite fast. AND doing balancing, fixing broken skills, etc.
Vet1 areas are starting to grow quite busy, so items scaled for Vet levels came just about in the right time.
