The issue is that many are being killed in southern morrowind where enemies should not be unless they used exploits.and when a person respawns they are killed. I will try to reload pics when I'm on a comp and not my phone.

Holy crap all the EP at the morrowind gate just took a whole bunch of meth and are running at 50000 mph. its insane!!!!!!

Also your source is third hand posted by another player that could have very well edited what the CSR had said O_o Whereas my quote can be found in the other thread (the big one) about this whole mess. Right there, plain as day for all to see and not in my email inbox.

No one really knows what that email actually contained.

So we are left with 2 possibilities

1. The GM is wrong and the DEV is overruling/correcting them. (DEV > GM in every game btw)
2. The player that posted the GM response intentionally misled the forum.
