I think yes.
There is some people like me complaingin about things that are not working very well. The last of them, the mods here talking in reedit and not here: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/113573/reddit-the-official-eso-forums#latest
Many people come here just to explain that something is not going the right way, or asking for help, or details of things that needs ro be fixed, but suddenly almost the whole forum just jump calling them with names, saying you are a child, you are wrong...in the meantime the same beta problems continue existing, moderators talking in reedit, zos taking a break for 10 hours...
