An explanation from ZOS for the last minute patch change, the delay, and the over-all lack of attention given to your consumer. I am being 100% serious and genuine here.

We, the consumer know ESO has many issues, but one thing that would help the health of this game is for someone to step up, take one for the team, and admit fault.

Your fan base has been trying to help you fix the game, test patches, summarize game-breaking issues, but yet over-all the majority still feel ignored by your company.

You rely on us as much as we rely on your for this product to survive.

Does the PC consumer still matter? Are you only concerned about console sales at this point? One last big bank move?

You can remedy most of this by working on better communication with your customers. Help us relate to you, by allowing us to relate to you as human. We know bad calls have been made with this game, own up to it, open up to us, show us that you still appreciate our subscription... or are you too distant to care to do this also?

Once again, I am not trying to start a war here, just hoping that if I keep bashing my head against the wall with this topic, I will eventually break through.

Thanks,
Tendeep

Please take another gander at my post:

Thanks for your reply, but this goes deeper than a botched patch. I am talking about the over-all lack of communication between Zenimax and their paying customers.

What we feel as important, Zenimax does not - This is the impression that drowns the forums here.

I would just like to know why our feedback is so blindly ignored, and offer up the chance for them to improve upon this with tasks such as
    - Road Maps
    - More QnA time with Devs
    - Responses other than "Your concerns are being looked into"

A small, but perfect example, and a slap to the face of many of us is this implementation:
New VR12 Dungeon with recent patch, while the VR1-11 levels are still a nightmare for the casual player. This has turned countless players away from this game.

Please don't make your problems, my problems. If you don't like something say so, i can see that you will. But don't include everyone. Everyone may not wish to be there.

My post is a generalization, from what I have gathered from people here, in game, in my guilds, friends, etc. I speak for myself from the feedback I have obtained from all of them.

I take it you have nothing to add to this post, so why come to just flame it?

    Thanks!

I would have to agree - The updates that I /we have received have been very layman, and placating - The service that I pay for has been interrupted, I want a high level, transparent briefing of why I am unable to use a product that I pay for.
How long was this "patch" tested? Was there a back-out plan drafted, and if so why was it not deployed? Why was there a delay? Bottom line, why am I paying for a service I am unable to use?

I agree with you here. This may be a minority perspective, but I see the forum mods doing what they can, but honestly, Zenimax is a ghost to me. From a company to consumer relational aspect, I feel like it simply does not exist... we can't forget, MMO/game or not, this is still a product.

Good relations = Healthy growth and lifespan - I just do not see any positive relationship here between the two (consumer and company)
