Soul Magics passive Soul Lock broken?

Soul lock passive is a 2/2 but when I gave it a 1/2, it says 5% weapon chance to trap soul, then when I gave it a 2/2 it still says 5% chance?

✭✭✭✭✭They fixed it in the PTS patch notes, its just a display error it really does trap at a higher percentage in-game now.0
