Laptop Crashes While Playing ESO

My laptop keeps crashing while I'm an hour or two into playing ESO. I'm trying to track down the cause; which honestly could be anything from hardware to software related but I wanted to check here and see if there where any known issues for the symptoms I'm having. My laptop runs an i7 with 16 DDR3 RAM and a 120GB SSD boot drive; the graphics are provided by an older AMD HD5000 series mobile graphics card. Are there any issues with the AMD cards or their Catalyst drivers? Has anyone had a similar problem?

Having similar issues, only started since I hit Greenshade, from day one I have no major issues (cept see below Mem leak which I believe is still occuring) am at a total loss as what the issue is, am a PC tech by trade, have troubleshot everything.

My rig reports healthy in every test, all my kit is less than three months old, plays all other games just fine, passes every stress test I can think of!!

The next thing I can try is to flash my mobo bios, which am about to do.

After that I will test bed each of my components, one by one.

I know the game had a memory leak issue, I also know this game is so full of bugs it is madness to keep releasing new content over them, dev's taking the top down approach is a constant recipe for disaster.

So Gedalya am really curious to know what part of the ESO world are you presently in?

I know my post hasn't been helpful, but if you say 'Greenshade' a very long ticket is going at their support ;o)

Have you checked the CPU and GPU temperatures? If you can play for a bit then run into problems, it sounds to me as if it could be due to overheating, it's possible you may have a load of dust built up on your fan blades.

I believe my problem related to hardware faults at this point. However @Epona222 raises a good point about temp; I use MSI Afterburner, a free product to analyse GPU temp and I recommend it if your have heat dissipation concerns.
