GuildRank bug - Lost Guildmaster Rank

Hello ,

I had a guild . It was created for traders then turned into PvE end game content + traders. I was trying to promote someone but suddenly without any warning that person become a guildmaster of my own guild and that person is not online since 6 days.I dont know him.I cant contact with him. what should i do ?

I cant create new guild.I have already website , teamspeak , hardcore point system and who is in my guild for PvE and trade will not join another guild which i did nothing wrong.

I contacted support but , i was told , that they cant do anything about it. It wasnt my mistake because there was no warning for guildmaster promoting.There should be one.

Please can you help me for that problem also can you add a pin for promoting ppl to guild master so you can prevent that bug wont happen again so easily.

My guild name is : Lost Caravan

(i know there is warning to promoting someone to guildmaster , you have to press E but i didnt see one when i was trying to promote that player)

It is been 9 days since i got this problem.My guild is almost full and i cant do anything about it .

And that player who got guildmaster rank by mistake , it is not online since 9 days.

Any resolution ?

I am pretty sure now that i got bugged. Except guildmaster no one has power to change daily message or about us section on guild chart .But sometimes i can able to change yet when i do that i am taking an error which " you have no permission to change it " but still it applies the change.

so it is been 10 days now since i got this bug . Could you care to fix it ? my guild almost 500 members with buggy guildmaster.

It applies but it seems only i can see that changes.I dont know what i got myself into.

It is just fixed , because who got guildmaster rank just showed up after 10 days gave the rank.

Wow, that sucks!

Something similar happened to me. I have a guild. I was playing, then my computer suddenly shut off - when I try to log back in, I couldn't. Anyways, after the server maintenance, I could log in again and in the guild log it said "Singular promoted Singular up one rank." and repeated until it was "Singular promoted Singular to Guild Leader."

So...I must have been demoted at some time, then my status restored. Strange.
