Where are the serious players for Veteran Dungeons?

Just what the title says, I can't seem to find any serious players. My main is a V2 DK Tank and I have done attempted The Fungal Grotto on Veteran 43 times now ( no joke ) and Spindleclutch like 12 times and have yet to actually complete them. The only players that I can find are people that think they can solo everything, don't follow the dungeon mechanics, get healers that can't keep up heals ( mainly because the are to busy DPSing ), get DPS that won't work as a team ( won't take enemy healers or adds out first is a prime example ), won't take any advice from players that have actually done it before ( dungeon, class or role ), leave if we wipe at 2 tries, or are flat out rude. Why can't the players that don't take it seriously just stay questing or soloing? The dungeons really aren't that hard if you understand the mechanics or have a decent group. I rather enjoy the challenge. So is it just me or are other people having this issue as well? Sorry for the venting just getting tired of the noobs. Lol

I'd imagine the -serious- players are running with their guilds and other people whom they know are serious. Not PUGing.

I'm not being crass, I just know that if I were really serious about running dungeons I'd really only want to try challenging content with a group of folks I knew I could rely on. Especially considering the high cost of failure in this game.

I had a group that I used to rely on, they all left to participate in the Archeage Alpha. So I'm by myself now since I don't wana fork out $150 on a game I may or may not enjoy.
