Anyone else having a problem with PVP Scroll bonus no longer working after today patch? I have the problem on mine and my wife's account.

Under no circumstances should anyone ever post their login UserID in public as it represents fully half of their log in security. @ZOS_GinaBruno It has been about a week since you asked for volunteers, and it seems I don't have permission to message you, but I'm still experiencing this problem. I've reloaded UI, relogged, restarted the game, left and came back a few hours later, rezoned a number of times, and used /bug. Scroll bonuses are still not showing up. Any other ideas?
