Some ideas on how to make game play better

All treasure chests, lore books, (one time use items), should be randomly arranged and then instanced to each player before they first enter a zone so the locations are different for each player. The player would only be able to access these items once.

Runes should be randomly arranged and then instanced to each player before they first enter a zone so the locations are different for each player.

Harvesting items for alchemy should be more logically placed like in Skyrim, where items are abundance only in specific locations; for example Jaz berries in Skyrim are only found along certain roads. The current model seems to just place every item randomly with no regard to climate or terrain, just by zone. The only exception I see is the Niroot, which is always placed near water.

It's amazing that none of the mines have crafting ores in them?

Like in Skyrim, the vendors should be able to sell all crafting items for that zone. If you have the money, you should be able to buy the stuff. This would also eliminate web sites that try to cash in on selling items for real money.

Players should be allows to post items for sale on a bulletin boards which would be located in the center of each town. Each player would have a limited space of 50 items that could be posted; the player would just right click on an item and select the “Post Item” option and then how many of the item and the price of each item in the inventory slot.

Instead of using sky shards for points, it would have been better to award skill points for each type of achievement. For example, fishing at this time has no use but to get an achievement; why not give a skill point for each fishing achievement? Many of the ESO achievements require a lot of effort and game play time. finding sky shards are too easy. There are tons of achievements in ESO.
