Love the game but two things have bothered me.

This is my opinion, not trying to sway anyone, I am sure there are many who may or may not have experienced these issues.........but for me they are bothering me.
1. Armor improvements. As a Heavy Armor blacksmith......I have upgraded my armor about 30 times. Normally up to Epic Level. I have had my improvement fail with a 90% success rate no less than 10/30 times. Yes........your first question, why not go for the 100%? I didn't have the materials and was in a hurry. Surely this cant be happening I tell myself. Something is wrong with the rolls. I am sorry, you can't be that unlucky. (I still think one of the devs is related to one of the Daedra and is giggling everytime it happens to me)
2. Werewolves. Biting people at the werewolf shrine only? I like to hang in Vet areas. Please allow us to bite in higher level areas......easier to charge up that way. Also, had my first bite fail. It said devour, I clicked the X, and nothing happened. Could have been some weird lag or a bug........but please expand the areas we can bite in.
