Dying leads to wrong way shrine, exiting places takes you somewhere completely wrong

I have been getting lost a bunch recently due to bugs in placing me in the right palce when I exit place, after gettin my butt handed to me in the empty VR zones by the simi elite mobs, and trying to run home with my tail between my legs, the last thing i want is to exit Suncale Temple to wind up in a Wamatsu Cave. I've heard reports of wayshirnes acting funny too, anyone else experiencing this? the exit and wayshrine thing, not the "I suck at VR"

Yeah I had this yesterday, leaving the public dungeon in Bankorai and ended up at a way shrine in the middle of the map. I think theres a few other places bugged like this too.
