Where can I buy the Bow and Arrows that the Keep Archers use?

They get to spam Quick Shot which hits for 1.5k - 2k. That's an average of more than 10 times what a player's quick shot hits for. Where did they get those bows and arrows... or, if it's because they're just such awesome archers, why are they wasting their skills protecting keeps? Why not have us lowly players protect keeps and have those 10k HP Mages, Guards, and Archers go attack enemy keeps?
The only substitute for victory is overkill.

✭✭Tactics. The side with most keeps controls the area, this is literally a Medieval rule of combat.
You send expendables to actually capture the keep, wear down the defenders resilience, then finish them off with more skilled experience valuable warriors. Sorry to break this to you, but you are one of the expendables, so am I, so is anyone not an NPC.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!
