Dual Wield ability "Flurry" uses Spell Resistance not Armor!

Sorry ZOS,
thats just stupid, why would a DW ability go against spell resistance and not armor?
Fix your bugs plz!
PS: More precise the first 5 hits go against spell resistance and the final against armor... base skill + all morph's are effected by this bug.
