hi. not sure where to report this. my last withdrawal from guild bank was 64 pepper. its not on my inventory or in the guild bank. what to do? can i get some help? thanks.

happened to me with a barbaric motif 2 days ago, contacted support and they told me there are some items in digital nirvana. hopefully they will send them back;)

I WANT MY "ROBE OF THE HEALER" BACK!!! I just talked to support about this and they confirmed I didn't delete it, nobody hacked me, I didn't decon it, I didn't research it, I checked the junk tab on all my profiles, the buy back options, I don't have a guild bank nor am I in any guilds but my own and it doesn't have 50+ people. so when I asked him if I could get it back he said no and than sent me a survey about how well the customer service was. purple lvl 25 "habit of the healer" set piece, the 3rd of my 10% bonus healing set, and now I got 2/3 on my lvl 19 that can almost wear it WTF!! YOU KNOW RARE THAT DAMN SET IS? ITS ANCHORS OR CHESTS ONLY!

There was a post about some guy who had lost all his gear and skill points. after about 2 months I think they were able to grant him some of his stuff back. So it is possible.

Yeah, that much missing pepper is nothing to sneeze at.

And we know the normal fixes; we are, after all, seasoned vets at MMOs.

this happened a couple days ago for me with Crawdad food ingredient. I withdrew a stack from the GB, and it was not in my inventory though I could see it and use it at a cooking fire. I've made my horker recipe for my char, but I still can't see the Crawdads! I turned in a ticket back when it happened.
