[Bug] Lost Bank Slots AGAIN

Ok, this is getting ridiculous, as this is the 2nd time this has occurred in this week: I purchase 10 bank slots to go from 120 to 130, and everything appears fine. I come back later to the bank and I'm back at 120. The first time this happened, I thought it was my senility kicking in and that I must have been mistaken in that I didn't actually do the purchase. I upgraded again, went to 130 from 120, and it occurred immediately after closing out the bank and re-entering.
What is going on?
UPDATE: I went back to the bank after a delve, and I'm back up to 130 now. @ZOS, was this your doing?
