UI gets bugged and partially inactive randomly

Ok since the last patch everytime once in a while I experience this annoying issue of the interface being partially inactive when buying/crafting/guildbanking/guildstore or skillpoint distributing. Simply Escape button stops working, E button stops working, in skillpoint tab I'm not able to click on any skill to add points to it. The only way I can fix it is quitting the game and logging back. But this happens ALL THE TIME.
PS Escape button stops working completely, I can exit the game only by Alt F4
