I recently deleted my character to start over again and all of the Imperial Edition items I paid for are not accessible on my new character.
I would appreciate getting all of those back as I did not even get a chance to use my Rings of Mara yet.

pema✭✭✭submit a ticket. they warned a lot about this so don't be looking strange if they won;t renew them. You should put all in the bank before deleting a char.

Ulvich✭✭✭I remember this being a big issue after release. ZOS was warning people about this.
The best thing I can suggest is to open a ticket. And if you do get your items back you can store them in your bank or on an alt.
I have all my account bound items stored on an alt. This includes treasure maps, costumes, disguises, and so on.ESO Member Since: April 03, 2014
