(NA) Chrysamere: An Imperial Address

Lords and Ladies of Tamriel,

I address you today on behalf of our High King Emeric, the one and true ruler of Tamriel, with news of his Lordship’s conquest of the Imperial City and surrounding region of Cyrodiil. Our long and bloodstained campaign, codenamed Chrysamere, has seen its fair share of resistance against the rightful rulers of the Imperial City, but clearly as divined by the Aedra, the Daggerfall Covenant has been proven as the worthy inheritors of this realm. The lesser races and their benefactors who have taken up arms and formed laughable coalitions, namely the Ebonheart Pact and the Aldmeri Dominion, meant to strike against the hearts of the chosen peoples of the Daggerfall Covenant, have been decisively conquered. It is clear that enough resources have been garnered for the Covenant, that with the permanent acquisition of the Imperial City merely days away, these other invaders have no chance of being able to ever match the might of our purses and coffers; not to mention the unchallenged spirit of Tamriel’s greatest warriors, mages, and assassins. It has been a long and arduous journey; at times the Covenant has been held together by mere threads, but today we emblazon this alliance’s power upon the minds of all who would take note. Let our enemies in the Pact and Dominion continue to fall and bow before the might of the Daggerfall Covenant. The High King extends his deepest gratitude to all those who have fought and for all those who have fallen in the name of our glorious conquest. Let the ages remember that which has transpired in this Chyrsamere campaign, and let those who would stand against the Covenant observe what shall inevitably befall them. Only those worthy of ruling shall attain it.

May Akatosh guide us.

That may simply be my Altmer dialect you are picking up on. I, an Altmer, left the dominion for more noble causes, as can be found in the Daggerfall Covenant. I apologize for any confusion.

AD has literally no presence on NA Chrysamere... I wish that would change and give the smurfs and elmos a good kick in the nuts.

You are also saying we have achieved victory as DC in the campaign. This is true, we have(do the math). BUT if point values change..we WILL lose.

Interestingly enough, AD helped us take the map away from EP over the last week or 2, since EP was farming them at their gates. So, I wouldn't so much say that we did anything alone, or even against an AD/EP alliance.

Dont care about no scoreboard.

Today I finally met up with Aera and this Razumsomething guy.

Proceeded to make "swiss cheese" of Arrius keep.

Killed a vr2, then a vr7, then a vr12...

Then went somewhere else. Was told there was gonna be a duel so I stayed out of it.

Then the vr12 from before interfered with Aera's duel with a vr12. Then the two VR12s killed me when i went to rez.

Sums up pretty much the entire time ive been in Chrysamere.

The Daggert's are a bunch of zerg butt's, granted they have controlled Chrys but not with great play, only with numbers.
On the other hand the AD and EP have laid waste on them when they wanted to, so pat yourself on the back but your nothing

we are actually a very tactical bunch. granted we lost our A team because ESO sucks. (a bunch of DC chrysamere's unsubbed before craglorn)

Based on fact, the only points in the campaign which DC got pushed back were the points where one or the other factions outnumbered us. At any point in which the population was balanced, small scale or large scale, DC won every time proving the overall victory was based on tactics. The points which we outnumbered the competition were due to the previous outplaying causing the competition to move to other campaigns.

Dawnbreaker, Hopesfire, Auriels Bow, and Skullcrusher are all AD locks, with Volendrung contested (though not likely)

No it's the official gank, AP farm and scroll troll campaign. Also known as Wabbalag. 100+ queue is not uncommon.

AD will not win it, and probably won't even be 2nd. We do however, hold the power to decide who DOES win, and that's almost as good.

AD on Wabba does have an outside chance of winning, but we would need to literally dominate 10 out of the next 12 days (like full map coverage) to do it.

Tomorrow AD will officially be out of the race if we havent closed the gap to less than 60k. (we would need seven straight days somewhere in there of 100 percent coverage, and then the usual 70 percent point spread we have been having this last week in order to actually win)

As it is, mathematically, AD should finish in the 250k range (range of 230 - 265, but 249 is the most probable). Projected of course based on the last five ESOStats updates showing AD actually outscoring EP 2-1 or very close to that. Also AD is consistently outscoring DC, but could we really catch them in 12 days? Unlikely.

Its actually very likely that AD edges out EP for second place with DC winning the map by about 20k points.

So youre right "fundamentally" but there is that .01 shot that would never happen.

Well at the time of that post AD had been scoring 6000 points per day to EPs 1400. Mathematically they would have caught them in 15 days, but now that is much less likely.


Also, its actually still mathematically possible for AD to beat EP on Chrysamere for 2nd place.

Go cap everything Aena, we can win this >_> But we need to hold all 18 keeps, 54 resources, 3 outposts, and six scrolls for the rest of the campaigns span. (technically 8 out of the 10 days)

A lot of the AD players I know arent playing anymore, too. I think this last month has seen a huge decline in AD population (maybe the whole game really) and I know some people have been rolling cross faction alts. (I have a level 32 EP and a level 3 DC toon for future leveling as it is)

AD either dominates the campaign they are on, or they cant seem to keep up otherwise. I dont even know why that is. Ive been on TS with some of them, they seem very well coordinated and set up when they steamroll the map, but without the group doing that, they just cant hold it together.

That is how any side is. I mean there was a group of 10 players trying to cap faregyl for 2 hrs tonight while my group went and took arrius with about the same amount of people in a much much shorter time, with EP defending.

I honestly think the NPC ramp-up caused a lot of keep capping issues. Those vet5 npcs even put the hurt on vet 12 players, so anyone lower just suffers.

Hell you were there when we were capping our homes on Chrysamere for lulz. It took us how many attempts because most of the group was sub-vr5. (even I died twice just to the NPCs, and I have a very high health setup on my NB). Those mages hit for 2k base.

So players not at high vet level are at a huge disadvantage in keep capping.

It's harder but not impossible. 6-8 coordinated people can take a keep if there is few or none enemy players.

In theory, it's still possible for AD to get second place. In practice, it's very unlikely to happen. All I'm hoping for now is to keep my three home keeps as a base for my AD.
