    I'd either do a pass on all skills to make them viable with rule-of-cool, or design a large, expansive Trial that devours players tears based around High Hrothgar.

    I was thinking something similar for stamina but do we really need another resource? Would having infinite block/roll/cc break really be a bad thing If block was fixed so that you couldn't ability spam while holding it? I think this model would lengthen fights and add a little more strategy to pvp.

    I would tear up the whole VR concept and replace it with a continuation of the main story at a moderate but not increased level of difficulty that could be met by 'playing how we like'.

    If you could eternally spam forward roll (which does evade abilities if time correctly) all we would see is people ninja rolling their way across Cyrodil.

    CC break is pretty self explanatory, that would essentially invalidate almost all the CCs in the game its capable of breaking (which is almost all of them).

    I think they would need a resource pool of some kind, and it shouldn't have to be tied with either resource pool the player is using for his/her abilities.

    Being an un-itemized new resource pool also allows them to completely control the frequency that these moves can be done. Currently players with max stamina and max stam regen can use these abilities a good bit more/more often than magicka builds can (not that this justifies building for stamina or anything).

    I agree with your idea though, the less complicated the UI the better and having to keep track of another pool could be annoying, but without that all the current defensive moves would be subject to this:

    As a healer that was used to targeting heals to different people in need, I would like to see at least one single target heal to spice things up.Spamming aoe can get a bit boring if a fight is not really mechanical. I would implement it to the resto skill line to be accessible for every class.

    But rolling, cc break plus block (if fixed) all have animation times. Rolling doesn't evade everything and cc break leaves you stationary and locked into the animation for the duration. Nothing would need to be redone, players would simply need to adapt to the new play style.
    This combined with a balancing of dps for weapons and stam builds would become viable

    The one thing I would fix: efficient searching of guild stores. First, enable it. Second, get rid of whatever is causing that annoying "waiting on previous..." message whenever you try to make a deposit.
