    I believe you can do a charge back of sorts depending on what state you're in, which will ultimately hit the parent company. You should look into that. As to why you think it would be a ZOS issue when you purchased the item at Gamestop is beyond me.

    Post pre-holiday massacre patch, I returned a February pre-paid PS4 Imperial edition to GameStop with no issues. Not sure what happened with your return.
