On the launcher, can you please just put a 24 hour notice on downtimes, just as a friendly reminder.

This is not a complaint. Everything is all good. It just might take a dent out of some of the complaints for the maintenance.

I know some of you want to give a knee jerk reaction to this post, but if you stop to think about it, there is no downside to this and it will go a long way toward that communication everyone is always asking for.

Thanks for not being able to read or know that scheduled maintenance has been exactly the same for 6 weeks. If it's too hard for you to figure out then write them and ask them to personally call you since you can't be bothered to look at their Facebook, Twitter, Forums, or Reddit posts.

There is no harm in this.. Additional communication is good. Above it is pointed out that the days never change, but most at one time or another had to jump onto the forums when you experienced your first maintenance in order to see what was going on....

I think it's a great idea with minimal effort required to set it up. Yes of course we can write it down. This is simply a suggestion and most companies would be able to agree to this as common courtesy to their customers. Ignore the kiddie trolls, its a nice suggestion.

I think this would be a good idea. It doesn't hurt the ones who look at the forums, or those that "WRITE IT DOWN".
